About
Why Wynnel exists
Wynnel was built by a student for himself first. The advertised jobs he was applying to had hundreds of applicants each, and the small firms near him — the ones actually likely to take on an eager student — weren't advertising at all. So he built a tool to find those firms, research them properly, and put a genuine, specific approach in his own drafts folder.
It worked. So he is now making it usable by other students.
What it believes
- A specific, researched approach to a firm that is not advertising beats another application into a queue of hundreds.
- A student should not have to pay to be introduced to their own industry.
Who built it
A student who was applying for jobs and hearing nothing back. He built Wynnel for himself first, because he needed it.
Where it is now
A working product, starting with financial advice firms in Victoria, and expanding by career track and state. No invented traction to share — just the thing itself.
